Jennifer Hsin

Jennifer Hsin is a Partner at CNF Investments, LLC, the private equity arm of Clark Enterprises USA LLC and a Lecturer at the University of Maryland, College Park. In her role at CNF, she is responsible for managing portfolio companies with a focus on SaaS and tech-enabled businesses. Prior to CNF, Ms. Hsin worked at BenefitNation, Inc., an early internet publishing solution company, and at Arthur Andersen, LLP in the audit division with a focus on real estate and banking. In her role as Lecturer, Ms. Hsin teaches two courses at the Robert H. Smith School of Business and one course in the Southern Management Leadership Program, focused on Entreprenuership and Behavioral Finance. She also serves on the Board of Advisors for the Dingman Center for Entrepreneurship at the University of Maryland and as the Chair of the Board of Directors for D.C. Scores.

Ms. Hsin is a CPA with a BS in both Accounting and Finance from the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business.
