Viva White Oak represents one of the largest development opportunities in Montgomery County in recent years. Once completed, the new development is projected to generate 19,000 construction jobs and 9,000 permanent jobs. Viva White Oak is expected to deliver over 960 townhomes, 1,000 apartments, 470,000 square feet of retail space, a 175-room hotel with meeting space, up to 1,279 permanent on-site jobs, and 92,000 square feet of medical office space as well as 1.3 million square feet of life sciences office and lab space, 400,000 square feet of Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) life sciences manufacturing, almost 2,500 additional housing units delivered, and an additional 150-room hotel dedicated to supporting innovation, with over 3,800 permanent on-site jobs.

Previously home to a global telecom company, the Comsat Research + Production Campus has a long history of groundbreaking innovation. The existing utilities and infrastructure within the Campus provides a speed to market advantage as well as the flexibility to utilize the existing building and/or ground up development with the rare ability to scale.

The Lakeforest Redevelopment is a $1.2 billion mixed-use project transforming the former Lakeforest Mall into a vibrant mini-city with residential, commercial, retail, and transit infrastructure. The redevelopment covers approximately 100 acres at 701 Russell Avenue, Gaithersburg. The reimagined Lakeforest will include approximately 1,600 residential units, both multifamily rentals and for-sale, 750,000 square feet of new life science-related commercial space - office, research and development, light manufacturing - and 470,000 square feet of new retail.

The Belward Campus of The Johns Hopkins University will be a world-class work environment for trailblazers dedicated to achieving the next breakthroughs in biotech within the greater Shady Grove life sciences ecosystem in Gaithersburg, Maryland. At over 1.5 million square feet, will be a capstone for life sciences in the region and nationally.
