• Is this a remote or hybrid role?

 This is a hybrid role. While the work can largely be performed remotely, we anticipate regular in-person days for training, staff engagement, and other on-site needs. In-person participation may be more frequent at the outset to help establish team routines and build relationships.
• Are there core hours when someone from the organization needs to be available to staff?

 Yes. The consultant should be generally available during MCEDC’s core business hours, which are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.
• Will MCEDC need assistance with benefits administration in addition to the SOW listed on the RFP? No. Benefits administration is managed separately and is not included in the scope of work for this engagement.
