Annise Moses-Isaac, MBA, SHRM-CP is a strategic Human Resources leader with expertise in employee relations, compliance, and organizational development. She partners with executive leadership to strengthen workplace culture, drive employee engagement, and align people strategies with organizational goals while ensuring integrity, accountability, and inclusive practices across the workforce.

Prior to joining the Montgomery County Economic Development Corporation, Annise held HR and ethics leadership roles at organizations including Capital One and Maccaferri Inc., where she supported global HR operations and led initiatives focused on governance, workforce engagement, and employee experience.

Annise holds an MBA from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Science in Business Communications from the University of Phoenix. She also completed early college studies in the United Kingdom. A SHRM-CP certified HR professional, Annise is also a published author, speaker, and community advocate who is deeply committed to mentoring young girls and giving back through service.

Outside of her professional work, she enjoys writing, playing Scrabble, and traveling with her family.
