Choice Hotels is a global hospitality company that has called Montgomery County home since 1968. After relocating its corporate headquarters to Rockville from Silver Spring in 2013, the company is already set to unveil an 8,000 sq. ft. expansion. They chose Rockville Town Square as ideal for its associates, a great central location and easy access to metro bus and rail service. The pre-expansion 135,000 sq. ft. headquarters is technology-driven, occupying six floors of the building with an airy décor, open workspaces, and abundant outdoor spaces. The meeting areas were expanded to accommodate the hundreds of associates, clients and franchisees that flow through the building.
Across the street from the corporate space, Choice Hotels built a Cambria Suites which integrates nicely into the mixed-use development.
