Sasha Scott

Sasha L. Scott joins MCEDC as an Economic Development Specialist, bringing over 15 years of professional experience in sales, marketing, and business development. Originally from Florida, Sasha has a rich background in establishing and nurturing relationships across diverse industries. She is a valuable asset in advancing equitable and inclusive economic growth within Montgomery County.

Before joining MCEDC, Sasha held a series of impactful roles at various organizations, including Sales Director, Area Sales Manager, Regional Sales Director, and Director of Marketing & Sales Executive, to name a few. In each of these positions, she successfully led high-performing sales teams to achieve targets and drive business growth. Her ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies, coupled with her strong leadership skills, contributed to the success of her initiatives. Her expertise spans strategic planning, event management, and customer service. She has excelled in organizing forums to drive engagement and maintain high client satisfaction and retention. Her commitment to fostering creativity among her staff and proactively solving problems helps organizations meet and exceed their goals.

Sasha holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Saint Joseph’s College and a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Merchandising from Florida State University.
