Young Professionals: join the Maryland Tech Council for this great event. Quarter-life crisis, defined as "a period of life ranging from twenties to thirties, in which a person begins to feel doubtful about their own lives, brought on by the stress of becoming an adult," is a term that rose to popularity with a recent book and tour by the authors. Join us for a creative, entertaining activity to kick things off and hear from a panel of professionals to learn more about this concept and successful approaches for overcoming such stress.
