With over 30 years of experience in leadership, long-term planning, consensus building, community relations, and business development, I am a non-profit and public sector leader who is passionate about driving growth and impact for the Montgomery County Revenue Authority (MCRA). As the CEO of MCRA, I direct the senior team, create and manage long-term vision and strategic initiatives, and manage key relationships with stakeholders, partners, and clients.
I have a strong background in hospitality, finance, and public relations, and a proven track record of success in various leadership roles. Throughout my career, I have successfully financed projects, secured federal and state grants, and created and implemented debt reduction plans. I have also led team presentations for new business opportunities, developed new facility take-over procedures, and directed the implementation of new corporate systems and policies. I am committed to professional growth and positive community impact, and I am involved with various organizations, including the Economic Club of Washington DC, Leadership Greater Washington, Leadership Montgomery, and the FBI Citizens Academy.
