Jay Pascua is a dedicated and strategic Accounting Manager with over 10 years of experience in both for profit and nonprofit sectors. He joins MCEDC, bringing with him a wealth of expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and strategic financial planning. Jay holds a Double Degree in Accounting and Finance from University of Maryland College Park and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
